Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Terms & Conditions and defines the permitted and prohibited uses of the For Hosting Service.
1. Prohibited content and activities
We do not host, among others, the following types of sites, services or activities:
- Content illegal under applicable law, including child exploitation.
- IPTV / TV channel restreaming or any unauthorized redistribution of broadcast signals.
- Sale of replica, imitation or counterfeit goods (watches, apparel, brands).
- Online casinos, betting and gambling.
- Illegal pornography or any sexual-exploitation material, especially involving minors.
- Distribution of copyrighted content without a license (warez, pirate streaming or downloads, cracks) and infringement of trademarks or intellectual property (see DMCA).
- Malware, phishing, distribution of malicious software or fraudulent pages.
- Spam or bulk unsolicited email — see our Zero-Spam policy.
- Attacks on third parties: scanning, denial of service, intrusion or spoofing.
- Cryptocurrency mining or other disproportionate use of shared resources.
- Content that incites hatred, violence or unlawful activity.
2. Resource usage
Hosting is shared: published resources are each plan's maximum. Sustained usage that degrades other customers' performance may require optimization, a higher plan, or otherwise throttling measures. The ZERO plan and others may carry specific usage conditions.
3. Security
The Customer must keep their software up to date (CMS, plugins, themes) and their credentials secure. We reserve the right to isolate or suspend a compromised site to protect the platform and other customers.
4. Email
The Service does not include a mail server. Any email sending must comply with anti-spam laws and industry best practices.
5. Abuse reports
Report abuse to abuse@forhosting.com. We investigate all well-founded reports.
6. Consequences
Violation of this AUP may lead to warning, suspension or termination of the Service without refund, depending on severity, and notification to authorities where applicable.
